Cocoa Banana Energizer
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and frozen

- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- A pinch of salt

Instructions
- Start by adding the frozen bananas and almond milk to a blender.
- Add the cocoa powder, natural peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, rolled oats, and a pinch of salt to the blender.
- If you prefer a thicker smoothie or want to make it colder, you can add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend all the ingredients on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.
