Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a vegan option)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients:
  • Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and remove the stems
  • Peel and pit the ripe avocado.
  • Peel the banana
  • Blend the Ingredients:
  • In a blender, combine the avocado, kale leaves, banana, almond milk honey, vanilla extract, Greek yogurt, and ice cubes.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired texture.
  • Taste and Adjust:
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.
  • Served:
  • Pour the creamy avocado kale smoothie into glasses.
  • You can optionally garnish with a few kale leaves or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.
