Creamy Mango Avocado Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup Greek yogurt1 cup almond milk (or a
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash, peel, and dice the mango.
- Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Blend the Smoothie:
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, avocado, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk and blend again.
- Taste and Adjust:
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed. Blend again to combine.
- Serve:
- Pour the creamy mango avocado smoothie into glasses.
- Optionally, you can garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of chia seeds.
