Ingredients
  

  • 1  ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt1 cup almond milk (or a
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
  • Wash, peel, and dice the mango.
  • Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  • Blend the Smoothie:
  • In a blender, combine the diced mango, avocado, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk and blend again.
  • Taste and Adjust:
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed. Blend again to combine.
  • Serve:
  • Pour the creamy mango avocado smoothie into glasses.
  • Optionally, you can garnish with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of chia seeds.
