Peachy Ginger Zing Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Place the sliced peaches, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, grated ginger, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes as well.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- If needed, you can add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
- Once the smoothie is well blended and the desired taste and consistency are achieved, pour it into glasses.
- Serve the Peachy Ginger Zing Smoothie immediately. You can optionally garnish it with a slice of peach or a sprinkle of grated ginger
