Ingredients
  

  • 1  ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 scoop (about 25g) of your preferred protein powder (such as whey, pea, or soy)
  • 1  tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender.
  • Add the milk, protein powder, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
