Ingredients
  

  • 1  ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen
  • 1 mango chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk for a lighter option)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)

Instructions
 

  • Start by placing the frozen banana, pineapple chunks and mango chunks into a blender
  • Add the vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, and coconut milk to the blender
  • If desired, add chia seeds and honey or maple syrup for additional texture and sweetness
  • Blend all the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistensy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  • Once the smoothie reaches your desired consistency, pour it into a glass.
  • Garnish your Tropical Paradise Protein Smoothie with a slice of fresh pineapple or mango, and a sprinkle of chia seeds if you like
