Tropical Paradise Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/2 cup mango chunks, frozen
- 1 mango chunks, frozen
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk for a lighter option)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- ice cubes (optional, for a thicker consistency)
Instructions
- Start by placing the frozen banana, pineapple chunks and mango chunks into a blender
- Add the vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, and coconut milk to the blender
- If desired, add chia seeds and honey or maple syrup for additional texture and sweetness
- Blend all the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistensy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again.
