Apple Carrot Ginger Refresher Smoothie

- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped apples, carrots, grated ginger, and cold water (or coconut water).
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Add the ice cubes and blend again until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Blend again to mix.
