Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
  • Peel and roughly chop the ripe banana
  • Measure out the frozen cherries, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  • Blend the Smoothie:
  • in a blender, combine the frozen cherries, chopped banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  • If desired, add a few ice cubes to thicken the smoothie and make it colder.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • Taste and Adjust:
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  • Serve:
  • Pour the Coconut Cherry Dream Smoothie into glasses.
  • Optionally, you can garnish with additional shredded coconut and a cherry on top.
