Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and roughly chop the ripe banana
Measure out the frozen cherries, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
Blend the Smoothie:
in a blender, combine the frozen cherries, chopped banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
If desired, add a few ice cubes to thicken the smoothie and make it colder.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
Taste and Adjust:
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
Serve:
Pour the Coconut Cherry Dream Smoothie into glasses.
Optionally, you can garnish with additional shredded coconut and a cherry on top.
