Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the diced mango, banana, almond milk, ground turmeric, ground ginger, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract (if using).
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness and flavors by adding more honey or spices if needed.
  • Blend again to combine.
  • If you prefer a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend until they are fully incorporated.
  • Once the smoothie is well blended and creamy, pour it into glasses.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of ground turmeric or chia seeds on top, if desired.
