Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 small beetroot, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 ablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all the ingredients by washing, peeling, and chopping as needed.
  • In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, diced beetroot, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  • If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  •  If the consistency is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk and blend again.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.
  • Blend briefly to combine.
  • Once the desired consistency and taste are achieved, pour the smoothie into glasses.
  • Garnish the smoothie with a few extra raspberries or a sprinkle of chia seeds on top, if desired.
