Raspberry Beet Vitality Blend Smoothie
Ingredients

- 1 small beetroot, peeled and diced
- 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced

- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients by washing, peeling, and chopping as needed.
- In a blender, combine the fresh raspberries, diced beetroot, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
- If desired, add a few ice cubes to the blender to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
