spinach leaves (washed)

tablespoon flaxseeds

cup Greek yogurt

almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller chunks.
In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, banana chunks, spinach leaves, flaxseeds.
Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (if using).
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
f the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
Once the smoothie reaches the desired consistency, taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
