Greek yogurt

coconut water (or regular water)

tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional, for sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly and drain.
In a blender, combine the spinach, pineapple chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, coconut water, and chia seeds (if using).
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
If the mixture is too thick, you can add more coconut water or regular water to reach your desired consistency.
Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste. Blend again to incorporate.
If desired, add a handful of ice cubes and blend until the smoothie is chilled and frothy.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
